I dance because

It allows me to be creative and analytical at the same time. 

 

I dance because it allows me to be just as mentally involved as I am physically.

 

I dance because it allows me to use everything my body has to offer me simultaneously.

Dance is more than just movement of the body. It requires knowledge, kindness, awareness and passion: all things I am constantly striving towards.
